Any Other Bets: EFL tips for Saturday 7 September
Division Two
Bradford ought to have sufficient quality to see off Mansfield. The Stags have lost each of their last three matches, whereas Bradford have won two of their last three and should have too much quality for the home side. Back Bradford to win.
Gillingham have made an equally poor start to the season. After losing their opening three matches, they drew 1-1 with Salford in their most recent fixture. A trip to Crewe should provide them with the opportunity to get their first win of the campaign, though. Back Crewe to win.
Newport came from behind to beat Hartlepool in midweek and have won three of their last five matches in all competitions. Swindon have lost two of their opening four matches, including a 4-0 defeat at high-flying Leyton Orient. Back Newport to win.
Division One
Exeter have won back-to-back games in all competitions since losing to Port Vale on the opening day of the campaign. A trip to Cambridge is one that they should have a decent chance of winning. Back Exeter to win.
Fleetwood have had a dismal start to the season, losing each of their first four matches. A trip to Portsmouth is one that they may struggle to get anything from. Back Portsmouth to win.
Ipswich are another side who have made a poor start to the campaign. They have won just one of their opening four matches and have lost each of their last two. A trip to Lincoln is one that they should also struggle to get anything from. Back Lincoln to win.
