Despite keeping the exact figures under wraps, an event management owner told the BBC that the lavish ceremony is likely to fall somewhere within that range.
The Ambanis have remained mum about the total expenses, but the venue alone, Mumbai's Jio World Centre, is a sprawling 185 acres, nearly 12 times the size of a FIFA football field.
